Ladies/Seniors/Juniors Competition
The annual competition between the Ladies, Seniors and Juniors took place this week,which was a great success, Teams of three consisting of a member from each section playing a group Stableford (all three scores to count) over 12 holes. It was a great turnout by all sections with all teams enjoying the day in pleasant weather conditions. This was followed by a hearty baked potato lunch and the presentations of the trophy for best team score and best Section score.
Congratulations go to Roy Davis, Chito Sutton & Benji Mills for a combined score 75 points. Also to the Seniors Section, who took the trophy for best section combined score of 214 points.
Thanks go to the green staff for presenting the course in great condition and the Kitchen for the food. Thanks also go to David Winter and Janet Clarke for organising the day.
